About Us
Aguirre Propiedades is a real estate company. Our origin goes back to Gonzalo Aguirre’s participation during the 90s as a main shareholder of “Parque del Recuerdo”, a cemetery outside Lima.
On 1998 he took part of the project “Oasis de San Andrés”, a countryside house development in Cañete, to the south of Lima. He then joined the efforts of “Club La Isla”, a near-by first class beach house development. At this moment, he is the main shareholder of Aguirre Propiedades, aiming to focus on real estate projects.
There are four companies directly involved with Aguirre Propiedades: Alto Las Viñas, Agrícola Rincones, Inversiones Quidam and Nuna Lodges Perú. Through them, several projects are being developed with a certain emphasis on the countryside.

Principal Directors
Gonzalo Aguirre Arriz:
Gonzalo is an entrepreneur of the real estate, agricultural and political sectors. Currently he is the General Manager for three interrelated companies, where he combines agricultural and real estate developments and applies innovative business ideas to generate value.His participation in civic activities and politics is significant and substantial. He was and alderman for Metropolitan Lima between January 2003 and December 2006, and has run for the vice-presidency of Peru and the presidency of Lima-regions.
He leads major efforts like Procuenca to improve substantially productivity in the Mala valley and Aprosan, to improve basic services in the San Andres valley, Cañete.
Gonzalo is an economist; he studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science and afterwards accomplished a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Esan University.
